So...

So, I've  been busting my ass these past few days trying to crank out all these designs and I feel pretty good about them, but then I remembr I still have a TON to do...by this wk! I'll just post what I have done so far and hopefully it will all get approved soon!

The Rapala ad turned out better than I'd planned and hpe it gets approval. The hardest part for me in this design was to not over power one thing with either too bright of colors or large text. I feel the balance turned out good in this once it is finished. Going for an appproval tomrrow (crossed fingers)!

The Ramon ad was kind of a strugge for me with the little amount of space we had, but I tried to best utilize my photo and continue the color scheme throughout the page the best I cuold. My hardest challenge was making the title of the ad stand out compared to the "Let's Eat" title. 

The mailer is at the moment one of my favorite pieces. I took the time to download and look through some brushes that would help me expand the styles of my work and I like the water color splatter in this piece. I have yet to finish the text portion of this project, but plan on doing it tomorrow. The woman in this photo was hand drawn by me and then the rest was touched up in photoshop.

So, I for now have given up on the Wick Fowler design and brochure but moved onto the Rapala layout. I have only just begun but am feeling better now that I've started something fresh, and hope I can come back to the other projects and finish them better. I'm still really far behind on my all my projects but am playing catch up all week. Hope to make some success! I have the layout to my Rapala design, but am still working with the arrangement of the words and content. I hope to finish up this design by Wedn and get some feedback. Crossin my fingers!

Soooooo...I've been trying to finish up the Travelers Brochure and the Wick Fowler designs, because I hate moving on without having the other things approved, but I think I'm starting to realize that this could be a bad idea. I'm now falling behind on all of the other assignments, but am still trying to think of ideas for them. This week had wonderful weather, but of course with my luck I became sick which set me back another day on designs. So now I am trying to get enough to stay healthy but dedicating free time to these next few designs. Cross your fingers and lets hope I get this accomplished!
